205 UNDERGRADUATES FROM NDOKWA NATION QUALIFIES FOR MONDAY ONYEME’S ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP AWARD.
It was a high level of jubilation garnished with applause and commendations to the Chairman of Monday Onyeme’s Foundation Sir Monday John Onyeme for his Commitment in boosting the educational pursuits of Undergraduates across Ndokwa Nation through his constant Scholarship Programme.
The 205 Undergraduates who came out Successful after the Aptitude Test cut across all the wards in Ndokwa West, Ndokwa East and Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. It is worthy to note that
Speaking Yesterday at Utagba-Ogbe Grammer School, Kwale in Ndokwa West LGA, the Chairman of Monday Onyeme’s Foundation who doubles as the Executive Chairman Delta State Internal Revenue Service Sir Monday John Onyeme noted that after marking the Aptitude Test, the best five in male and female with the highest score was selected from each Ward across Ndokwa Nation.
He said “I want to urged all Students to at all times take their Studies very Seriously, the Process of my Scholarship is very transparent and the best Students both male and female from each wards in Ndokwa Nation has been Selected and each of the Students will be given One Hundred Thousand Naira Each, the Overall Best will have additional One Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naira, the Second Overall Best will have additional One Hundred Thousand Naira and the Third Overall Best will have additional Fifty Thousand Naira and the Cheque will be issued to all Qualified Candidates in One Week Time” Onyeme enthused.
While encouraging all the Students who came out Successful to always try to be the best he admonished those who did not scale through not to be discouraged but to see it as a Challenge that must be defeated in Subsequent Scholarship Examination.
He maintained that his Scholarship Programme is borne out of his love for Education and the Good People of Ndokwa Nation revealing that his Scholarship Programme Championed by Monday Onyeme’s Foundation is also in line with the Stronger Delta Agenda of the Okowa’s led administration.
